When you visit this website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver it and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. We use no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no cookies and no fonts or scripts from other companies.
Your language choice
When you pick a language, your own browser remembers it (local storage). It is never sent to us.
When you email us
We use your message and address only to answer you and keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that.
MoltenRock Trade portals
Each MoltenRock Trade portal runs in its merchant’s own Cloudflare account. Goldcote Ltd does not receive the data of portals, their merchants or their trade customers; each portal’s own privacy notice applies there. Once a day, portals fetch a small version file from this website to learn about updates; that request is handled like any other visit and contains no shop data.
Transfers abroad
Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, for example in the USA, on the basis of the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Frameworks or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your data protection authority.
